Productivity matters. You know that. This session will introduce this research, Tiny Habits for Productivity, and provide you with the foundation you need to become more effective at changing your own behavior, including how to:

  • Understand the role habits play in our lives
  • Identify the three components that make up every habit
  • Design behaviors to make them sticky
  • Utilize different productivity habit recipes
